Ingredients:

ounces softened cream cheese
1
cup light brown sugar
2
cups pumpkin puree
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
1
teaspoon cinnamon
¼
teaspoon ginger
¼
teaspoon nutmeg
Method:
1.
Mix cream cheese until smooth and
add the brown sugar and pumpkin puree. Blend with mixer or blender until
smooth.
2.
Add vanilla extract, cinnamon,
ginger and nutmeg. Stir with a rubber spatula until smooth.
3.
Place the pumpkin mixture in a bowl
and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4.
Spread pumpkin mixture in between
graham crackers or your favorite cookie.
